Hi, my name is Jerry Harris, I am the one responsible for this web site and all the great things for sale. I am a baby boomer, born in the fourties, that's old. After returning from Viet Nam I attended a local Junior College and started working at Shakeys Pizza. If you remember Shakeys, your old too. I enjoyed cooking more than College. So, I became the manager and have been cooking ever since. Nine restaurants, a few marriages and four beautiful daughters, one granddaughter and a grandson on the way. I have always loved spices, herbs and magical plants. With out spices our food would be mighty bland. With out herbs we would have no drug stores. we would all be sick with no Maca and magical plants, we all have our favorite, my best find is the Neem tree. You thought I was going to say......What about the beads, I have always been fascinated with beads, all religions have beads, hippies had beads and women love beads. Malas fit all requirements, did you see "Eat, Pray, Love"?
The last nineteen or twenty years I have been cooking Cajun, Doodles Cajun Cuisine. The spices I sell are the exact same as I used in the restaurant, same quality.
